Dual Channel (EO-LWIR) Stabilized Gimbal System
Two-axis stabilized gimbal pairing a 30x 1080p day camera with an uncooled 640x512 LWIR channel, sized at 4.4 kg for unmanned and light ground vehicles.

Highlights

01Dual channel
Thermal and daylight on one screen
A 1920×1080 EO channel with 30× optical zoom runs alongside an uncooled 640×512 LWIR channel, and both are displayed at the same time. The operator loses nothing when moving between spectra.
- Uncooled LWIR starts without a cooldown wait; NETD 50 mK
- Athermalised optics hold focus across −32 to +60 °C
- HD-SDI, HDMI and Ethernet output on MIL-DTL-38999 connectors

02Stabilisation
Two-axis stabilisation to 0.1° with onboard tracking
An IMU and encoder based dual-loop holds the line of sight on a moving platform. The tracker locks onto a target between 16×16 and 128×128 pixels and reports at 25 Hz.
- 360° continuous pan, ±45° tilt, 180°/s axis speed
- Tracker output latency under 100 ms
