Cookie Policy

This policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on inventras3.com. The short answer: this site sets no cookies of its own, does not track you and carries no advertising cookies.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (localStorage) and pixel tags. The Turkish Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on Cookie Practices treat all of these under the same framework, and so does this policy.

2. What this site uses

The table below is the complete list of cookies and similar technologies on this site.

inventra.quote-list.v1 — browser storage (localStorage)
Used for the Quote List feature. It holds only the model codes of the products you selected (for example SEG12) and the date you added them; it contains no name, email or other personal data. It stays in your browser and is never sent to our server. It holds at most 20 entries and clears itself after 30 days. Strictly necessary: the feature cannot work without it.
Cloudflare Turnstile — on the Request Quote page only
A security check that stops the form being filled in by automated software. It loads only when /request-quote/ is opened and is absent from the rest of the site. It may keep temporary technical data in your browser to complete the check. It does not build a visitor profile, does not track you across sites and is not used for advertising. Strictly necessary.

3. What this site does not use

  • No Google Analytics or comparable third-party analytics cookies.
  • No advertising, remarketing or conversion tracking cookies.
  • No social media share buttons or embedded social content.
  • No cross-site tracking, fingerprinting or visitor profiling.
  • No embedded third-party video players.

4. Why there is no consent banner

Under the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on Cookie Practices, a cookie may be used without explicit consent where its sole purpose is carrying out the transmission of a communication, or where it is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has expressly requested. The ePrivacy Directive applies the same test.

Both technologies on this site fall within that exception: the Quote List remembers the products you chose, and Turnstile prevents abuse of the form. No consent banner is therefore shown. Because the duty to inform is separate from the duty to obtain consent, this policy is published anyway and covers every technology used, strictly necessary ones included.

If an analytics or marketing technology is added later, it will run only after prior explicit consent, and "accept", "reject" and "preferences" will be offered with equal prominence in colour, size and type.

5. Clearing browser storage

You can empty the Quote List by removing the products from it on the site. Clearing site data in your browser settings has the same effect: the list resets and nothing else is affected.

Your browser’s cookie and site-data settings apply to every site, not only this one, and are documented in that browser’s help pages.

6. Contact and updates

This policy is updated when the technologies used on the site change; the date above shows the last update. For questions, use the contact details in the Privacy Policy.
