Test and Qualification
A system is designed against published methods and then measured against them: temperature and humidity in our own chambers, dimensions on the coordinate measuring machine, and only what the chambers cannot reproduce at an external laboratory.
- MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461G and MIL-DTL-38999
- Hot / cold and humidity chambers on site
- Dimensional inspection on a 5-axis CMM
- External laboratory for the remaining conditions

Qualification
Designed against published methods
Systems are designed to MIL-STD-810G environmental conditions, MIL-STD-461G for electromagnetic compatibility and MIL-DTL-38999 for electrical connections. Temperature and humidity testing is done in our own chambers; the table below lists the methods a system is designed against.
