2. What this site is for
This is an informational site. It presents our products, their technical specifications and our manufacturing capability.
There is no online sale, order, payment or basket function. No distance sales contract is formed here, and the withdrawal, delivery and return processes of consumer legislation do not run through this site.

Completing the Request Quote form is not an order and does not oblige us to enter into a contract. The form is your request; any quotation from us is issued separately and in writing.
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer under the Turkish Code of Obligations; it is an invitation to treat. Price, lead time and availability are binding only in a written quotation.
4. Accuracy of technical information
Technical values, configuration tables and part numbers on this site are taken from our product catalogue and are provided for information.
Technical values are typical. They vary with configuration, measurement conditions and integration. The values that govern a project are those in the quotation and technical documents we issue in writing for that project.
Product development is continuous and we reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice. We accept no liability for design, purchasing or commitment decisions made in reliance on a value published here.

5. Export control
Some of the electro-optical / infrared imaging and positioning systems presented on this site are subject to national and international export control legislation.
Sale, export, re-export and transfer of these products depend on obtaining the relevant permits, licences and end-user documentation. The quotation process includes end-use and end-user assessment.
Stating the end-use country in a quotation request is mandatory. We need it to assess your request in line with that legislation.
Nothing on this site constitutes an export authorisation, a commitment to sell, or a guarantee of supply to any particular buyer. We reserve the right to decline, without stating a reason, any request we assess as non-compliant.
