Electromechanical System Design

Analysis
Stress, thermal, vibration and shock behaviour is established before a part is selected and before it reaches the chamber: static and dynamic analysis first, then multi-body dynamics and hardware-in-the-loop, so the qualification test confirms a prediction instead of discovering a failure.- Static analysis, linear and non-linear

Manufacturing

Test and Qualification
A system is designed against published methods and then measured against them: temperature and humidity in our own chambers, dimensions on the coordinate measuring machine, and only what the chambers cannot reproduce at an external laboratory.- MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461G and MIL-DTL-38999
