The PEG03 goniometer

Highlights

The PEG03 cradle open to the front

01Goniometer accuracy

0.0056° resolution, one tenth of a mil

High-resolution encoders read 0.0056°, which the catalogue states as 0.1 mil, and hold accuracy to 0.056° on both axes. That is the level a line-of-sight measurement needs to be worth reporting.

  • N × 360° continuous pan, ±45° tilt
  • Digital magnetic compass compatible

02Fine adjustment

Independent fine adjust and braking per axis

Each axis has its own fine adjustment over 0.8438° and its own brake, so a sighting can be set on one axis and held while the other is worked.

  • Selectable payload counterbalance up to 12 kg
  • Braking available on both axes

Options

Each code is four characters and is appended to the part number, the label language code last.
